Weird sketch

It doesn't seem to be so weird, but let me descibe this drawing: its an half-naked person with bunny ears and horns and scars and a huge head and he sits on the neck of a serialkiller with small feet, they are looking at a small boy with a bandana and he is holding a balloon with the chinees word meaning dead or die. Thats kinda weird isn't it?
